In the early 1990's, this Devonport bungalow underwent its first renovation which involved an extension to the rear of the house. The extension was clad with the Insuclad Plaster system and the weatherboards to the original bungalow was overclad with the Insuclad Plaster System.

In 2013, a second major renovation was undertaken by Allied Exteriors and involved removal of all the Insulclad and original weatherboards and recladding in timber weatherboards to return the home back to its bungalow origins. New double glazed joinery was installed along with timber facings to complete the traditional bungalow look.

The interior also underwent a major refurbishment with new bathrooms, new kitchen, installation of a scullery, central heating, new paint and carpet throughout.
