Steve is a founding owner of Allied Exteriors and is passionate about the business and the Allied team. Right from the start, Steve was determined to be the very best in our industry. He has steadily grown and developed the business to its current size. Steve is responsible for scoping and quoting our more complicated remedial projects and works closely with our clients to ensure we deliver the correct technical solutions. Steve studied Law and Business at Auckland University.
Mehnaz ThomasOperations Co-ordinator - Plastering Division
Mehnaz started with Allied Exteriors in 2010. She has an administrative background and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Business. Mehnaz now co-managers our Plastering Division with Andy. She coordinates with our clients to program forward work, schedules our plastering teams, organises product deliveries, scaffold erections and a whole host of other operational tasks. Mehnaz is well organised and enjoys getting jobs completed and signed off on-time. Having been within our business for so long she has an extensive understanding of all aspects of the business and can sort issues quickly.
Evelyn TateOffice Manager
Evelyn joined Allied Exteriors in 2007 and has been the heart of the office ever since. Evelyn has many responsibilities including managing our Health & Safety program, financial accounts, management reporting, payroll, payments and a host of other duties. She is typically the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to our office and showroom.
Joshua O'NeillBusiness Development Manager - Residential Repainting and Plaster Repairs
Joshua joined Allied Exteriors in 2021 after having run his own contracting business for 7 years. Joshua works closely with homeowners and commercial property owners to scope and quote their remedial exterior plastering and painting requirements. Joshua is passionate about customer care and providing top-quality service to our property owner clients.
Lance NelsonContract Manager - Painting Division
Lance originally trained as a painter and specialist plaster cladding repairer. At a young age he was progressed into a management role and he spent a number of years running the operations for a medium sized contracting business. Lance started with Allied Exteriors in 2018 and now co-manages our Painting Division with Bryce Legg. He is responsible for project management and quality control of our painting and plaster maintenance projects. He is a very diligent and organised individual and is passionate about ensuring all our clients get great service delivery.
Andy NockContract Manager - Exterior Plastering
Andy started with Allied Exteriors in 2006 and has risen up the ranks through our Plastering Division. Andy has over 20 years experience installing exterior plastering cladding systems and is a Licenced Building Practitioner (LBP). He has extensive technical experience and product knowledge. Andy now manages our Exterior Plastering Division. He works with our clients to complete projects to schedule, managers our teams of tradesmen plasterers and oversees the quality control of our exterior plastering installations.
Matt LandContract Manager - Painting Division
Matt joined Allied Exteriors in 2020 and works with Lance to co-manage our Painting Division. He is responsible for project management and onsite quality control of our painting and plaster maintenance projects. He is very personable, approachable and enjoys working with our clients to deliver projects on-time and to a high standard of quality.
Kamal NarayanQuantity Surveyor
Kamaljoined Allied Exteriors in 2022 and works Steve to service our commercial and residential builders. Kamal measures the quantities of our products/systems from the building plans and provides them to Steve who prepares the price and quotation documentation.
