Allied Exteriors has extensive experience and a long track record renovating and refurbishing exterior facades of existing buildings (both residential and commercial). Our experience and technical expertise mean we are able to provide our clients with sound, practical and realistic advice regarding remedial options. There is no substitute for practical experience with this type of work.

Refurbishing an exterior façade will extend the service life of the exterior protective coatings, protect against moisture damage to the underlying structural building elements (i.e. timber framing, steel and masonry structure) and revitalise the appearance of the building. A great looking building with a watertight exterior will increase the value of the building and reduce ongoing repair costs.
